Collaboration
If 2 employees are working on the same file, then the other can see the changes of 1st in real-time. No need to refresh the page to see changes.
Soft Delete
Deleted files goes to the trash can where they can be easily recovered or permanently destroyed. This prevents accidental deletion of important files.
Contacts
You can save a user in your contact and whenever you want to share file to that contact, you can easily search that user by name or email. This makes sure that you are sending the file to the current person.
